Voluntary/Employee Paid Products: Whole Life/Universal Life

Voluntary/employee paid benefits have been around for over 20 years, but not till recently have they become more popular.  As the employer, all you have to do is allow us time to offer these benefits to your employees.   Depending on the product, we would either do group presentations and take care of 25 to 30 employees at a time or some products are best if done on a one on one basis.


We have offered voluntary permanent life on a payroll deduction basis for over 20 years before most brokers were even looking into voluntary payroll products.   This benefit has helped many employees have the peace of mind that they are protecting their family.   We offer this to employees, spouses, children and grandchildren.  It is a permanent life policy that is owned by the employee.  So if they were to leave your employment, they would be able to keep this policy on a direct bill basis with NO change in cost or benefit.  As the employer, you would be providing the convenience of payroll deduction while they are employed.  This means a lot to the employee!  Depending on the size of the group, we can usually offer this on a simplified issue basis (only 2 or 3 health questions to qualify).
