that is owned by the employee. So if they were to leave your
employment, they would be able to keep this policy on a direct bill
basis with NO change in cost or benefit. As the employer, you
would be providing the convenience of payroll deduction while they are
employed. This means a lot to the employee!

simplified issue basis (only 2 or 3 health questions to qualify).
